Refund Policy

Effective Date: September 28, 2025

Consultation Calls: As a general policy, there are no refunds for missed Consultation calls. You may reschedule up to 3 times as long as prior rescheduling notice is provided before your scheduled time.

Onboarding Fees: We provide a 50% refund of the Onboarding fee if your O-1 petition is denied. No other refunds are available.

Annual Fees: There are no refunds available for annual fees.
