About

Ambra Talent Group was founded to provide extraordinary professionals and entrepreneurs with the freedom and support they need to take control of their careers in the United States.

Too often, O-1 visa holders feel constrained by a single employer or uncertain about their long-term stability in an environment ripe with layoffs. We exist to change that - by combining agent sponsorship with deep human resources knowledge and expertise to help our clients build successful, secure, and growth-oriented careers in the United States.

Meet Deborah Anne

Deborah Curry Headshot

I bring more than a decade of experience in Business Development, Recruiting, and Human Resources, with a focus on employer-side immigration across the technology, pharma, and manufacturing industries on both coasts.

My unique background as an HR professional gives me insight into how employers think, what they value, and how immigration fits into their broader talent strategy. At Ambra Talent Group, I use that knowledge to provide clients with clarity, transparency, and the tools they need to succeed — not only in securing their visa, but in building the career they came here to pursue. I’ve sat on the employer side of the table — I know how HR, recruiting, and compensation actually work.
