Our Story

Ambra Talent Group was born from a simple observation: extraordinary talent deserves extraordinary flexibility.

After spending more than a decade in human resources, Deborah Curry witnessed firsthand how many highly skilled visa holders struggled to build stable, long-term careers because their immigration status was tied to a single employer.

The idea for Ambra Talent Group took shape during a lunch with an immigration attorney who shared another side of the problem: it was incredibly difficult to find a reliable O-1 agent who truly understood both immigration requirements and the realities of today's job market.

Ambra Talent Group was created to bridge that gap. By combining extensive human resources expertise with O-1 Agent Visa sponsorship, Ambra helps extraordinary professionals pursue flexible career opportunities while building greater stability, security, and long-term success in the United States.

Meet Deborah Anne

Deborah brings more than a decade of experience in business development, recruiting, and human resources, with a focus on employer-side immigration across the technology, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries on both the East and West Coasts.

As the founder of Ambra Talent Group and an experienced O-1 agent, she combines deep knowledge of U.S. immigration processes with firsthand insight into how employers evaluate and hire exceptional talent.

Her background in human resources provides a unique perspective on what employers value, how immigration supports broader talent acquisition strategies, and how professionals can position themselves for long-term success.

Introducing Aslı Naz Güzel

Aslı is an attorney admitted in Turkey and based in the United States, with a concentrated focus on the architecture of extraordinary ability strategy and agent-based structures. She has worked at the core of high-performing O-1 environments, contributing not only to case growth but also to the underlying systems that shape how talent is positioned and strategically introduced.

Her strength is not simply understanding O-1; it is understanding how the agent model truly operates: where talent meets structure, and where strategic decisions define long-term outcomes. She brings a deep operational and market-level perspective on how extraordinary ability profiles are built, refined, and aligned with the correct legal pathway.
